We have developed a wide range of techniques in the process of making our curved furniture which are cost effective for manufacturing one off curved components. We can, therefore, offer this service to the furniture trade.We believe most small scale furniture manufacturers will find the price and quality of our products eliminates the element of uncertainty involved with making one off curved components, therefore, making costing such work considerably easier.
Curved doors and drawer fronts
We will supply curved doors and door panel blanks in any timber, radius, height and chord length. Our solid timber doors have laminated rails constructed from 3mm, 4mm or 5mm solid veneers. The resulting rails are much less prone to movement than rails cut from solid timber. Door panels can be made in any style and material. If you require matched panels or marquetry then you can supply us with the materials. Prices for solid wood, shaker style doors start at £300 +VAT.
Curved Panels
Our curved panels are manufactured using veneered 3mm MDF on a core of flexi-ply. Our standard panels are veneered on both sides for balance and finish at 20mm 1mm. We can produce any panel up to a maximum surface area of 2200mm x 1100mm.Different panel thicknesses and construction materials may be available on request. Curved panel prices start from £200 +VAT per square metre.
